Internship or a student work experience in our advisory division or IT solutions division enables students to actively participate in a real consultancy project for an external customer. We make sure that, when starting cooperation with Pentegy, our trainees have a specific part of the project assigned to them for which they shall take responsibility. During the academic year it is possible to work on an internship in a flexible hours system, as it suits the student’s timetable. Cooperation in form of internship or work experience is addressed to young, talented, senior students or graduates of economic and technical universities. Recruitment process

If your resume corresponds to our needs, the person responsible for HR support will invite you to the meeting. Its purpose is to get to know the candidate and verify the required knowledge, skills and competences. Depending on needs, we use diagnostic tools to allow an objective verification of the cognitive potential of eventual employees. This is also the time to present ourselves, our project portfolio, as well as our cooperation model.  After the first meeting, a decision is made about whether the candidate will make the next step in the recruitment process and will have a chance to present themselves to the person leading the project. We deeply care about a full and credible presentation of our principles and our way of operating to avoid disappointment among new colleagues.
